Applying broad labels like this will make anything look generic, but anyone who looks at Happy Tears vs. Handsome Harry and thinks they’re using the same gimmick is being an idiot–they couldn’t be more different. Although I’m sure you could shuffle Happy Tears off to a “bright colors” category with something like Kill Bill and still try to make it look generic.

She was so understated, rarely saying a thing. The typography poster shows her face just barely there. Very sparse. Very fitting and appropriate to the movie.
